Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani is a deemed University that was established in the year 1964. It has four campuses in Pilani, Hyderabad, Dubai, and Goa. Institute is recognized by the University Grants Commission in the year 2018 as the Institute of Eminence (IOE).  Overall, the institution offers various online and on-campus programs to the students like undergraduate, postgraduate and many doctoral programs to the students. It is an institution that works on new research ideas. It has more than 1720 research projects, and 7000 publications and has received almost 500 R&F of more than 500 and 200 patent fields. It offers courses like Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Science, Master of Engineering, Master of Pharmacy, Master of Business Administration Master of Philosophy, doctoral programs and some online programs as well. As per the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023, BITS is ranked 25th in the overall university category, and 25th in the engineering category.

The fee at BITS Pilani will vary from course to course. The Tuition fee can be paid semester-wise mode which eases the burden of fee payment on students. However, scholarships are not available for the students for Online BCA. However, easy EMI options are available at the institute. They can split the fee in monthly installments. However, interest and repayment depend on the bank and the tenure of the installments.
